I've been developing some apps that use jQuery SOAP and receive XML responses from the server, but Firefox insists on showing the XML AJAX responses as plain text in a single line, while only JSON is formatted. Every time I need to debug a response, I have to copy the entire output and paste it into an XML formatter tool, which is far from the most straightforward way to debug. Chrome, on the other hand, formats both JSON and XML (and possibly other response formats as well). Please consider adding a parser to pretty-print XML responses. In short, Firefox   is quite fast, but could be faster with Betterfox's Fastfox .js included by default. The settings don't break anything (as far as I know), and overall make Firefox faster than Chromium. Not only that but in theoretical tests (aka Speedometer 3.1), it's faster than Chromium. In the Desktop & Dock settings on my mac i have set `Double-Click a window's title bar` to `Fill`, and it works not only with native applications, but others as well, for example Discord, Chrome etc. I am not a macOS developer so I don't know if there are any obstacles that prevent this feature from being added, but i use it very often, and it is a bit annoying that Firefox doesn't support it. For reference I am using an Apple Sillicon MBP with Sequoia 15.6.1, and Firefox 15.6.1. The custom wallpaper feature defaults to centering custom wallpapers, which can be a bit inconvenient. I suggest implementing either completely custom cropping (such as moving around a preview box to select the cropping) or adding a selection of cropping options (such as middle, top, bottom, middle right, etc.) This would allow for further customization!  ... I like the new sidebar, it would save me a browser extension if it would be tweaked just a little. If you look at the extension "tree style tabs" they do it a little better or more convenient at least. When I open a new sub-Tab from an existing Tab the new one will be below and slightly to the right  So you can see that it is under the "master-tab" and you can minimize all sub-Tabs by clicking a little arrow on the master-Tab.   ... A feature which I believe many people may have wished for before is the ability for a new tab page (or for that matter any page) to be able to be consistent with transparent windows on MacOS. The PC equivalent is the mica effect which does work, just not for Mac. The closest I have managed is a position tracked copy of the background that moves as you move the window. But this was very slow and didn't reflect any windows that might be behind the current one. A good demonstration of my aim is the demo at the bottom of this firefox theme project, GWFox: https://github.com/rakhalfps/gwfox-css. this shows the background of the new tab page refecting the transparency effect of the window. Surely like me, many would like to have the possibility to choose between two options; 1 - Show More Bookmarks. 2 - Add More Marker Bars. It is better to have bookmarks visible and more accessible in a bar than clicking to search in a dropdown menu. Please adding the ability to import and export bookmarks and saved passwords in Firefox Android. For a long time, Firefox Android has seemed like just an accessory to the PC version. Users even have to rely on the PC version to sort bookmarks, and the 'Sort by custom order' is still not available. This results in a poor browsing experience for Android users. I really hope you can pay more attention to the experience of Android users. Please focus on improving functionality first before working on new settings menus. Description: I frequently use message labeling with tags in Thunderbird. Currently, when I apply a tag to a message, the tag selection window closes immediately. This makes workflows with multiple tag changes less efficient. Use case: Suppose I have a message tagged as “To Do”. When the task is completed, I want to: Add the tag “Done” Remove the tag “To Do” At present, this requires opening the tag selection window twice – once to add “Done” and once again to remove “To Do”. I often have large volumes of incoming mail being processed through large numbers of message filters, and it is somewhat annoying to have the same error box come up multiple times telling me that a message couldn't be filtered to the same folder due to a problem. I would like to suggest that when a message filter fails in this way the filter should be set to a new "Suspended" state, and that some easy mechanism is provided to say "Reset all suspended filters to active and re-run them". For example today, having not used my email for a couple of days, I had one particular filter generate this same error more than ten times (and multiple other filters several times each). ...
