v136 introduced dynamically-expanding tab sizes on tabs with audio. This can be laggy though, as a page loads and the video/audio starts playing, causing misclicks. The tabs will also then shrink back down eventually once the audio's been idle for awhile, which can be visually distracting. There's some kind of thing that can be done with userchrome.css, but this is a workaround that's not viable for most users. Firefox supports WebAuthn, but as far as I could tell only with hardware tokens. I could not find a word about Firefoxs support of Passkeys (like Apple announced recently) anywhere Personally I don't know why passkeys werent adopted much sooner, it seems such a long hanging fruit to just store the key in the FF password manager. I'm often viewing PDFs in Firefox and I use the tab icons to quickly find the right tab, but when a tab contains a PDF it has no icon. This makes it harder for me to find it quickly as I'm looking for the absence of something. A less complex product will have less bugs. The core of Firefox should only be the needed functionality to browse the web. Additions that are built in like Pocket add additional code. Currently, when I close the last tab of a tab group, the group disappears, and I have to manually create it again. I prefer groups over containers because, most of the time, I don’t need the separation of cookies and profiles that containers offer. A wonderful feature in Firefox of some tab extensions like Sideberry is that it lets you set actions for mouse events like double-clicking, long press, to name 2 that are very useful and you could do it on right or left click. When you perform these actions with the mouse on a tab you can map them to some actions like refresh tab, duplicate tab, mute tab, set tab refresh time, etc etc. Again sideberry extension is a good reference for this but it would be amazing for usability of tabs in Firefox to be able to map such mouse actions to tab actions. ... In the search engine selector, which might contain DuckDuckGo, google & bookmarks, currently what's in the search bar doesn't get searched after choosing one. Apple computers and devices extend the use of IMAP flags (normally just set or unset) to support 7 different colours of flags, using a proprietary modification of IMAP and binary 000 -> 111 settings.  This implementation is backwards compatible with non-Apple devices in that setting any colour of apple flag will just show as flagged on a non-apple device, and setting the single flag colour on a non-Apple device will just set a red colour flag on Apple.   I think it would be relatively simple to support this standard.  Microsoft Exchange/365 also has multi-coloured flags using its own proprietary standard which I expect you already support.  ... I use Firefox on both my PC and my mobile Android device. I primarily browse and search via my mobile device since it's convenient to search for something and start reading about it on the go; more often than not coming back to that browsing tab but on my PC - where my IDE is located. Gone are the days where I have to type the URL from the mobile into my PC browser - simply fetch them via the nifty menu where my mobile's browsing tabs are shown. This is awesome - if you're going to open one tab. Sometimes I have 6 or more tabs with content related to my search that I want to display on my PC browser. How? Well, you have to open a tab then go fetch the open tab I'm interested in. Open another tab and fetch the next open tab from my mobile. Open yet another tab and fetch the third open tab. And on we go. Not very efficient. It would be great if one could open multiple tabs by using a context-menu that allows you to quickly right-click and Open In New Tab for each entry we would like to restore. Or give the user some option that allows them to choose which open tabs from the chosen device they would like to restore.  ... View more
