Dear Mozilla Team, My name is Denis. I recently shared an idea on Mozilla Connect and was pleased to receive warm feedback and several badges — thank you for that support. I would now like to share a broader vision. Idea: My Digital Identity Imagine a simple but powerful mobile app (or browser-based interface) that acts as a personal digital identity — a trusted intermediary between a person and the growing ecosystem of AI and smart services. Not just another assistant, but: A personal digital presence that understands user preferences, adapts to context, and communicates in natural language. A bridge between humans and digital infrastructure — from smart cities and maps to street cameras and open data. A companion-like interface that helps people navigate digital complexity with simplicity and dignity. Use cases might include: Checking nearby street cameras in real time for safety or orientation. Finding open transport, shops, or assistance around. Acting as a human-centered AI interface with voice, text, or visuals — always on the user's side. The goal is not to replace people, but to empower them — through transparent, ethical, and open digital identity tools. Why Mozilla? Because Mozilla is: Committed to ethical tech, Championing open-source development, Defending user privacy and digital rights. If a prototype of such a tool becomes feasible, I believe Mozilla is the best place to make it real — as part of Firefox, a browser extension, or a PWA-based mobile app. I openly share this idea and welcome feedback. If it resonates with your team, I’d be honored to discuss it further. Respectfully, Denis Kazakhstan (You may contact me through my Mozilla Connect profile or let me know where to send more info.)
