Dear Mozilla Team, I am writing to suggest an idea for Firefox. I think it would be great if Firefox had an upload menu similar to the one in Opera. The menu would allow users to select the last 3 or 4 downloaded items, the text/file from the clipboard, or something else from the computer. In past when I bookmarked a link I could've added description or notes to it. the type of notes I used to add to Description field: where I learned about the website/link. What that page or utility does for some shopping sites, I would add the restriction of that websites, for example the minimum order, the locations they delivered to, what is the delivery cost etc. Specially if it is outdated website, I add Issues that the website had and workarounds. When we send a tab from firefox mobile in private browsing mode, opening the same in private browsing mode on another device would be more appropriate. maybe a trivial one, but closing the entire browser is via the X in the top right corner, and pressing x on one last tab should not close the entire browser without any prompt. Many times I accidentally closed the entire browser when I wanted to add a new tab and accidentally moved quickly the mouse a bit next to "+".  This is especially troublesome when the history is set to clear when closing firefox. Maybe when closing one last tab, a prompt like: "U're closing the last tab"  or:  "do you want to close the browser" would be useful? ... View more

Currently, Firefox for iOS selects the search bar on launch, bringing up the keyboard with no user interaction. This does make things faster, but only if the user only ever starts a search after opening Firefox. To perform any other action, the keyboard must be dismissed which is distracting. Why doesn't Firefox offer Google account sync like Microsoft Edge? With Edge now supporting Google account sync, users can effortlessly include passwords, browsing history, and all data. However, it's disappointing that Firefox lacks this feature. Given the prevalence of Android usage and the habit of saving passwords and data with Google, Firefox should definitely consider adding Google sync to enhance its functionality. ... View more

Hi When I do research I open a lot of tabs (currently have 81 tabs open) and every time I open the tab list it shows the tabs at the top of the list, no matter what tab I currently have open. It would be great if Firefox Mobile showed/scrolled to the current tab in the tab list, so I can continue from where I'm at. As it works right now, I have to scroll all the way down and find the new page I just opened in a tab or scroll down and find the currently open tab, so see adjacent pages. Ever since Firefox 4 got released, users had to install an extension to bring back the status bar on the bottom as well as its progress meter. Now that this is no longer an option ever since Quantum got released (since you can no longer add your own toolbars and elements to toolbars), there's currently no way to bring back this part of Firefox 3.6's UI to the latest version. I still very much prefer the text being in the status bar plus the clearer indication of loading progress with the progress meter rather than small popups on the bottom each time a page is loading. I have a lot of message filters that I have created over the years, but probably half of them are not useful anymore. You could have a number next to the filter name stating how many times a filter was hit in the last 30 days, for example. That would help a lot in organizing your filters. ... View more

My main (on the bookmark bar) bookmark lists get very long. If I add a bookmark to a list, using the blue star function, the add occurs at the bottom of the list. If it's an important bookmark, I want to have it somewhere near the top of the list. That can mean a very long and shaky drag up. It would be very nice if we could have Vim Mode natively in Thunderbird. There use to be a plugin some time ago that added the feature but it does not work with newer versions of Thunderbird.
