Cumulative CPU means the total amount of CPU used by the addon or tab, since measuring began. This might be useful to measure the long-term impact of addons or tabs which aren't always busy, and so might not be caught easily by watching the about:performance tab. Actually, the reason I want this is that I suspect one of my addons causes Firefox to slow down during startup, but then goes quiet after startup. I would like to find out which one it is! Therefore, whilst a checkbox on the about:performance page to toggle cumulative recording would be good, I would also like: - Recording of the data even when about:performance is not open, and - a setting (e.g. in about:config) which would last between restarts, or - a flag on the command-line which would turn the option on. ---- (If people want a similar feature for memory, I suppose it might be useful to display the peak memory usage for each addon/tab, rather than the current memory usage.) ... The playback buttons in picture-in-picture mode get in the way, making it impossible to read the subtitles. And while these buttons may hide, reappear when you hover over the video window, or when you restart or stop playback, you could relocate the buttons to some other area. The search history on mobile (atleast the IOS app) really needs to be reworked. Its pretty confusing that it doesn’t just shows the history in chronological order and instead has this “journeys approach” wich really doesn’t work and is just unnecessary.  The app also doesn’t show the time of the visits what is also just really unhelpful. on iOS put the option to have the bookmark button at the bottom of the menu bar like apple does in Safari. Or better yet, allow access to the Bookmarks area of FireFox through a shortcut directly on your home screen. Please create keyboard shortcut keys which will create new email, appointments, meetings and contacts in any window. I recently switched to TB from Evolution and there were keys for these features which I used very frequently. After having used Firefox Focus on Android, I love the ephemeral browsing idea. On the desktop, however, I often have several tabs pinned (e.g. web mail, cloud storage, calendar) and it'd be great if it was possible to combine the option to 'Clear history when Firefox closes' and have pinned tabs as an option to exclude, so that they are always present when loading the browser afresh. ... A really cool feature in a lot of programs, is the option to have some really convenient shortcut be a configurable one, where the user can assign a few common actions. An example would be blender's bindings for the space button. Ctrl + Space for examle seems to have the function "Select or deselect the tab with the colored border" I couldn't find out what that does, but after pressing it severel times in various places, nothing seems to have happened. I'd say that's kind of a waste for such a convenient shortcut. One of the bindable features could be "Search ... for ..." from the context menu! 😉 ... View more

Doing a lot of googling every day, I find myself fiddling with the context menu really often. Instead of text selection > context menu > click, I could be using: text selection > shortcut. A small improvement sure, but a really useful one in my opinion. The shortcut would have to be something usable with one hand for this to be useful. Most of the Ctrl + single letters are taken already on the left side of the keyboard, but I'd say even Ctrl + Shift + F could be useful. ... View more

I feel I am lost when I open more than 10 tabs in a browser window. I want to be able to track back when I switch to another tab. For example, when I am working on the 8th tab, I need to switch to 21st tab. Then I want to switch back to 8th again. However, because the tab titles on top are very small, I can not find the tab from which I came. My suggestion is adding a toggle feature to the tabs. When I want to switch back to previous tab which I was on, I could click once to the current active tab then the previous one appears in the window. thank you for your consideration. When message is archived it is located in Archive within directory named by year message belongs to. If user has messages organized by directories, and user has set option to preserve directory structure in Archive, then, below year directory, directory is created and message stored there. This is bit awkward as messages from the same directory are being scattered in separate directories for each year. Accessing those messages becomes impractical and hard to use. I would suggest option to change way how things are handled. If message is located in sub-directory, then that sub-directory should be created in Archive and then year sub-directories created within that directory. That way, all messages form one directory stay in the same directory in Archive, but separated by year. That is much better way to store them for later use as they would be grouped in the same manner as in active part of database. ... View more
