Hello everyone, I would like Firefox to do something that seems to be "natural" in other browsers (it's one of the few things I like about other browsers): alphabetize the hidden extensions in the Tools menu (overflow menu) . That, at least a simple task. Now, if you wanted more points in your favor, that the overflow menu has a behavior similar to the Bookmarks menu, have the ability to sort items alphabetically on user request (selecting the corresponding option from the context menu). Because some developers for extensions prefers to release versions on GitHub and the like before pushing it to Firefox's Add-On and Extension repositories, and there is no way to do so other than temporary addition (which is not a good solution), using Nightly build (also no good), or Developer build (EVEN WORSE). Many mobiles have the front camera buried under the touch screen, so I wondered: could Firefox know where the front camera is, and when the user long presses on the front camera, trigger a customized shortcut, like opening the camera to scan a QR code or something like that? ... View more

When I click in a download link the focus of the program goes to the download popup window. It's annoying if you have to click several download links because yo have to click twice on the page, one in the page itself in order to this get the focus back and the other for init another download. There would be good that the download window shows only if we want to see what are downloading (by clicking the icon, like in older versions), oterwise the focus must to stay in the page in order to could click in all the download links that we want. When you long press the Tabs button, it shows three options, I would like to have "switch to private tab" option, which opens the current tab in private mode. Similarly, if you are on private tab, it should show "switch to normal tab" Some other tab management features can be introduced on that context menu. ... View more

There used to be a feature/option with Thunderbird message filters to play an audio notification when an incoming email matches criteria in a filter. Can we bring that back? I rely on hearing a sound when certain important emails arrive. Now no longer available. What gives? ... View more

Out of most important domains and services run by Mozilla, only a few have IPv6 support active with announced AAAA DNS entries. These that do support IPv6 are: developer.mozilla.org foundation.mozilla.org donate.mozilla.org firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org archive.mozilla.org (CDN) thunderbird.net But these are legacy IPv4-only: mozilla.org relay.firefox.com firefox.com fpn.firefox.com monitor.firefox.com support.mozilla.org getpocket.com blog.mozilla.org bugzilla.mozilla.org hacks.mozilla.org mozilla.design download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net (CDN) wiki.mozilla.org discourse.mozilla.org connect.mozilla.org accounts.firefox.com basket.mozilla.org addons.mozilla.org As you probably noticed, this list is considerably longer, contains some of the most important domains and these are just the ones I were able to find by following a few links on the main mozilla.org home page. There's probably a lot more, including underlying API domains that browsers and services make calls to. I know a lot of people would like Firefox to have the option to use Tabs in a vertical position (as seen in Opera or Edge). Sometimes ISPs Or Servers Or Cables or etc Have Problems So That downloads get Interrupted. If Firefox is constantly waiting for DNS resolution, but actual page loads are fast, it would be lovely if Firefox could highlight this somewhere as "here's some information about where your pain is coming from". I really like the built-in Task Manager in Chromium based browsers (Chrome/Edge/Vivaldi): In Firefox, we have about:performance but it has some shortcomings: Not easily discoverable (Chromium has a keyboard shortcut and a menu item) Columns do not sort continuously FF uses Energy Impact while Chromium shows CPU (although this may not be a big deal) Chromium includes Network column 😍 Would love to see this kind of functionality in Firefox! ... I would like to have the ability to copy a Message Filter to another account.  I have multiple email accounts and it would be useful to able to copy at least some of the filters details like:  Name, the Apply, Match and Perform options.  Of course, some of the options might have to be manually adjusted but still reduce some work.  ...
