This is not enough and cause the same troubles as in YouTube when adding a video to collection: for older tab groups you need to read through and find it, and you're never sure if it really exists or you need to create it first. On YouTube you can at least Ctrl+F the collection name on PC, but here you can't search like that, only type and search the first letter of a group name (I will open another thread about that). My proposal is to have 3 sort modes for the tab groups to find them more easily: Most recent first (the existing one) By alphabetical order (easiest to find any tab group by name) Same order as tab pane (this reflects the actual order of tab groups in the tab pane - easiest for people who ordered their tab groups manually by theme, etc. and who know the order by heart - plus, it makes the action closer to drag and dropping a tab within the tab pane into another tab group with all tab groups folded - also see this suggestion to auto-fold tab groups) Related: Add Tab to Group sub-menu: add search tab group by name since a good search allows to find the tab group we want even if there is no good sorting ... Keyboard shortcuts can now be specified using `about:keyboard`, which is great! Please add the `Previous Tab` / `Next Tab` command to the list of customisable shortcuts. There is a related issue tracking the addition of the `Previous Tab` / `Next Tab` commands to the top menu, allowing users to set shortcuts for it on some OSes (e.g. macOS), but this issue is specifically to track the addition of those to `about:keyboard`. ... Firefox now has native vertical tabs as well as a multitude of add-ons that make use of the sidebar to manage tabs (for example "Tab Stash"). In order to reduce redundant information on screen, specially when using the sidebar add-ons, it would be nice to have a button that toggles the horizontal tabs. When I clone a small/attached tabulator with Chrome, the resulting tab is also small/attached That behavior make a lot more sense to me, then the behavior in Firefix, where a small/attached tab results in an normal/non-attached. To please ALL, I might a good idea to add a setting, where endusers have the change to switch the desired result of cloning a tab.  e.g. [keep/small/normal] Default clone-tab behaviour. keep=Keep result of same type. clone attached tabs in attached tabs, clone normal tabs in normal tabs. small=cloned tab will always result in a SMALL tab. normal=cloned tab will always result in a NORMAL tab That should take care all cases or what might be missing? ... For some unknown reason, pinned vertical tabs get stacked horizontally only, packed as tightly as possible within the current side bar width. I can get them stacked vertically by reducing the side bar width, thus reducing all tabs to just the icon. There is plenty of room for a couple dozen tabs in that side bar, and users can decide whether display just the icon or also (a part of) the title/URL. I've started using tab groups and manual tab unloading with the recent updates and I've fallen into a pattern that makes use of them, but there's a facet of it I didn't see addressed by other ideas here. I appreciate that tab cycling (e.g. on control tab, unload tab, close tab, etc) skips collapsed groups, but I would appreciate a way to do this with unloaded tabs as well. My use case is primarily to group tabs that I'll refer to intermittently in the medium term (and collapse when not in use), and to unload ungrouped tabs for things that I'm not actively using but will need to revisit soon so that they serve as their own persistent reminders while I go about my business. Default cycling behavior will select an unloaded tab on ctrl-tab/unload/close/etc unless I have it in a collapsed group, which is unfortunate when maintaining tab visibility is a key feature of unloading a tab for me. Having something like a boolean in about:config to omit unloaded tabs from cycling behavior entirely like with collapsed groups would be a huge usability improvement for how I'm using them. ... I love the idea of automatically opening PiP on active videos when switching to a new tab, but there is currently no way to close the PiP and have the video continue to play while I do my business in a different tab. I had the feature enabled for like 5 minutes and disabled it again when it didn't do what I was hoping. Would love to see this added :^) Thanks! ... View more

I like to organize my tabs into groups. Usually, I research an idea outside of a tab group (opening tabs to the far right of the tab bar) before right clicking the tabs I've opened and adding them to their appropriate tab group. This is to clean up my tab bar. When the tabs go the the group, though, it unfolds the tab group. I just want to stash away those tabs and not use the group anymore. Thus, I have to click the tab group rectangle so that it refolds. Please add an option in about:config or in the settings menu that toggles whether this unfolding behavior happens. Go firefox! ... There is a feature for tabs - you can move it to the start and to the end using context menu However there is no feature like this for tab groups I have hundreds of tabs opened (yeah i probably have a hoarding issue) and it is sometimes let's say not convenient to move tab groups with your cursor instead of just pressing one button Please extend tab groups context menu functionality ... Something similar to this has already been dealt with in other suggestions but I think it would be great if you could remove cookies from the website opened in a tab. Maybe just an option when you right-click on the tab, as it happens to "reopen closed tab" or similar. ... View more

I LOVE tab groups but I’ve noticed that now when I close a group with the active tab, the browser keeps showing that tab instead of opening a new blank one like it used to. I found the old way much more useful and would really appreciate it if you could bring that back. Cheers ... View more

It's so good to be back to use firefox on Android, because of tab bar! It would be much better, if there would be option, how big or small tab bar is. Or/and making tab bar appearing when phone is landscaped or portrait mode Right now it uses too much space from web view. ... View more
