I think the ability to have groups be on the sidebar, but tabs on the topbar, would be a really good feature. I love groups, but I find myself often still just using multiple windows instead of the groups. When I learned about vertical tabs, my brain instantly went "that would be great for groups". I could fully hide them when I don't need them, and when I do, it'd be very quick to switch between them, and quite a bit less jarring than using separate windows. Plus, they'd be named, so no more alt-tabbing through a rotation of windows searching for one, and it'd make reorganising tabs easier. I'm using AI Chatbot sidepanel quite a lot. Unfortunately the resize hotbox to the right is literally 1 pixel thin (I could swear it's 1 px and not even 2px), it's really, really hard to trigger it. Hello everyone, I really like the different view options for the folder structure in Thunderbird. However, I find it unfortunate that the different views are simply stacked one below the other. I would love it if I could simply choose how I want to view them using three or four buttons above the tree structure. I could imagine: 1 button = all folders 2 button = only folders with unread messages 3 button = favorites 4 button = customizable This way, you can easily switch between the views depending on your current interests and find what you're looking for more quickly. Feature Request:  Make easily set options under Settings to turn the entire user interface text (and maybe icons) bold - separate from settings controlling the fonts for web pages. Extra Related Feature: If possible also provide a text/icon stroke option (including thickness and color) for the UI so it does not matter what theme you use you can ALWAYS read the UI text and icons with ease. For extra eye-candy you could do a transperancy gradient on the stroke if that doesn't eat performance and is easy to do. Option to force dark or light UI text and Icons without using an entire dark/light theme - so you can override themes that look good but have poor contrast with text and icons. Bolding UI text is literally the best feature I've experienced in years (and I had to userChrome.css it into existence); If you have a 4k screen or use most themes you can barely read text and icons on the UI with ease. I don't know how this option does not exist as an accessibility option out-of-the-box. These UI accessibility features should be easily set in the Settings instead of hacking about:config and chrome/userChrome.css You have no idea how good this looks and how easy it is to read the UI with bold text - especially on large glorious gorgeous 4k displays: PS: Thanks for the work you do, Firefox  is great!   ... Users should be able to add sites to shortcuts via the context menu. Including from the context menu of sites in bookmarks. add to context menu                 2. Make shortcuts more static. Shortcuts should not automatically add visited sites (recent activity is for this). This does not threaten sponsored shortcuts in any way (don't worry). repeating function             3. Add shortcuts to sync. add to sync             This way you can use Shortcuts instead of the Bookmarks Toolbar and free up some vertical space. Please allow the option of stripping out most of the headers from an email so that it looks similar to a "replied to" email. Instead of the message subject starting "Re:", it could start as "Fwd:", plus the "From:", "To:", "Subject:" and "cc" lines could also be included. When I forward an email, all of the headers are included at the start of the email. This confuses people who don't know what the headers mean, and I've had friends delete the email assuming it is spam. Firefox Color doesn't let me modify my current theme, and the only way I've found was through creating a custom .css file and modifying the appropriate elements there. It's way too complicated.   I'm often going through mails and deciding to delete or archive one after another. Since I can delete them with backspack or del thats fine but theres no hint on hovering over the archive button on it having a keyboard combo to activate. What really bugs me is that I often click archive on one mail after another and then suddenly the buttons change. I understand that different kind of mail offer different kind of actions but this is really annoying for me and I would love the default buttons always stay in the same place for consistency.
