Imagine this situation. You're sending an email to a client. You describe all the arrangements you've made with the client. You want to add a hidden recipient or send a copy of the email to another recipient—for example, your boss at work. You want to add a message that the client will contact you in three weeks, so no one else interferes and doesn't rush the client's decision. An additional hidden message field, intended only for the selected recipient, would be useful. Currently, I send one email, then send another separate email to the second recipient with this additional information. Therefore, I have to open the emails twice and write them separately. What if there were an additional field, such as ADD A NOTE FOR THE RECIPIENT IN A COPY or IN A BLIND COPY—where you could add a short sentence, an explanation, or a code for an offer that the client doesn't need, but employees at the company do? What do you think?
