Groups Toolbar Item

Hello everyone,

My name is Luna, and I'm a tabs hoarder.

I love tabs grouping feature, but I can't see all my groups except in list all tabs toolbar item, but it has all kinds of the other information, and you can only see like two groups. 

It would be awesome if there was a toolbar item for groups where you can see all your groups and move, customize, and save your groups.
