Fix Reader View Byline with Published Date

I really like Reader View, but it seems to hide most bylines, the author and published date.  I don't understand why, but it would be great if it didn't do that.

I just made a similar request. Date is important and missing from most news sites in reader mode. Originally it's usually displayed next to the author in the same or next line.

For example: wired.com  arstechnica.com
