2FA is becoming increasingly important to protect online accounts. The Mozilla account password manager is quite good out of the box - simple and seamless. There is so much opportunity for Mozilla to expand the password manager linked to a Mozilla account.

  1. Integrate a Built in Mozilla 2FA Authenticator App that is locked within the password manager that can auto-fill TOTPs seamlessly with Windows Hello / Bio-metric authentication. Each website entry should contain all the information for that site in one entry, code and login details etc. Similar to apple passwords app.
  2. Adding a comments section to each entry where a user can type a small description of the password. In some cases the URL is not recognizable when sorting through the password manager.
  3. Adding the option for separate passwords for the Mozilla account and password manager to increase security for users that want that.
