Display "Favorite Folders" at top of Folder Pane

It would be awesome to have the option to display our Favorite Folders at the TOP of Thunderbird's Folder Pane (see screenshot; the left-hand column which displays accounts, inboxes, folders). Having favorites always glanceable without scrolling down would be very useful to me. Thanks!

We can mark this one as resolved😁

Next week, a patch should get uplifted into 115 that allows the various folder pane sections (Favorites, Tags, etc) to be re-ordered. Awesome!
