I would love to have the feature that when I copy or share a link from the browser, Firefox cleans up the URL and removes the tracking ID. It requires a lot more effort on a tiny screen to remove all that extra text and clean up the URL.

Thanks!!

You can achieve this (on Android at least) with uBlock Origin by adding the LegitimateURLShortener filter list. It will remove all the junk from URLs as you browse.

You can add the list by clicking this link:

Starting with Firefox version 120, the Copy without site tracking feature is automatically enabled to safeguard users against URL-based tracking by stripping tracking parameters from any copied URL.
