Close Duplicate Tabs Across All Windows

I was excited when "Close Duplicate Tabs" launched. No longer would I see three instances of myself in the same cloud document...

However, "Close Duplicate Tabs" only closes duplicate tabs within that window. But duplicate tabs in other windows remain open.

So the idea...drum roll please...make "Close Duplicate Tabs" close duplicates across all windows.
