Clear browsing data and cookies as configured in "Privacy & Security" on closing a single Tab

When closing a tab, offer the option, possibly with only one click, to perform the task "Clear browsing data and cookies" as configured in "Privacy & Security" e.g. "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" taking into account configured Exceptions.

Would also love the option to have this happen automatically on a timer, like 30 seconds after a tab is closed, like the Cookie AutoDelete plug-in that I can no longer get to work in current Firefox.
