Built-in Screenshot Annotation Tool

It would be beneficial if the built-in screenshot tool included an annotation feature, allowing users to add elements such as arrows, text, shapes, blur effects, and mosaic for clearer communication and enhanced explanations.

As a web developer, I would really appreciate an annotation feature. I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox, and I think even simple tools like arrows, highlights, numbering, or outlines to emphasize elements would be a great addition!
