Bookmark Toolbar Options

Hello,

I often have more than one FF window open at the same time. I'd love to have the choice of having the Bookmark Toolbar "always show" on one window, but on another choose a different option ("only show on a new tab" -or- "never show").

This would clean up windows where I don't need access to the Bookmark Toolbar.
