Be able to view extensions offline while using a custom AMO.

It would be nice to be able to see the extensions of a custom AMO installed on the device while offline.

This way we could change extension settings and activate/deactivate extensions while offline.

You can see below the difference in the list of extensions when using an AMO custom, online and offline.
