Automate message filter creation like Microsoft Outlook

Please improve message filter creation. Current process is very rudimentary.

We should be able to right click on a message to create a filter. Plus, the filter name and other parameters like message Subject, From and To should automatically be populated. Look at how Microsoft Outlook does it.
