Addressbook sync

My wish is that the addresses which are contained in my address books were synchronized over the different platforms on which I use Thunderbird. 

I would greatly apprechiate if this impropvement could be realized.

Perhaps we might see this in Thunderbird Sync: https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/firefox-sync-for-thunderbird/idi-p/28971 . It would be ideal!
