Add Option to Rearrange Buttons in Bottom Bar on Mobile

A recent update for Firefox on iOS switched the position of the buttons on the bottom “navigation” bar, which has been difficult to adapt to, and since I’m used to the prior positions I keep tapping the wrong button (ie. Settings menu instead of tab menu). I think it’d be great to be able to rearrange or edit what buttons are shown on the bar so users can customize things to work for them.
