Add -Fullscreen Command Line Option

Simple request: Add -fullscreen as a command line option.

While the -Kiosk option exists, there is no access to the address bar in that mode. Adding fullscreen command line option allows the window to operate in more of a public browsing style window, but it could be used for many different purposes.

I said there was no access to the address bar in kiosk mode, but I learned that Ctrl+L works to select the address in kiosk mode. Whether that is intended is for a different discussion, but I suppose I should adjust that sentence to say there's no visible access to the address bar.
