In about:processes one can find which tab is taking all the processor, but it can be almost impossible to find out which tab that really is, all one knows is which website it comes from.

Each row should have a button which takes the view to the corresponding tab, even (especially!) if it is in another Firefox window, in another workspace!

Can you explain how you get to this menu? Do you have to just know the URL or is there a menu that will lead you here?

Double click on the entry in about:processes. That takes you back to the tab in question.

@heaversm:
Menu > More Tools > Task Manager
or
enter "about:processes" in the url bar
or
SHIFT+Esc (but I never remember this 🙂 )

@ZenoArrow1:
You are right - that does exactly what I was asking for! Thanks for pointing it out.
So I guess the only issue is that this is (obviously) not very discoverable!

@heaversm: Three options:

Menu > More tools > Task Manager

or

enter "about:processes" in the URL box

or

SHIFT + Esc (but I never remember this 🙂 )

@ZenoArrow1: That is exactly what I was looking for! Many thanks for pointing me to it.
So the only real issue is the lack of discoverability of this feature!
