1. Create a default message profile of fields preferred by user to summarize messages.

[Date , From , Subject,  Tag , attachments, and other selections]  that when reviewing messages across folders that default is sustained across all folders  or if the user needs to change the order,  it can be adjusted in settings and the new format will apply to all folders.
