youtube on firefox

scrubbing through youtube videos on firefox is painfully slow. i'm sick of watching the spinning round thing that interrupts/pauses the videos.

I'm having the same problem - only started recently.  I re-started everything and my Firefox is up to date.  But all videos have the spinning wheel - twitter, youtube, news sites.
