Why is Mozilla Management silent?

There is not a single message confirming Mozilla's blocking against Russia.
Too many users angry with Mozilla.

The Mozilla administration, on the other hand, does not even show the courage to defend what it has done. It does not even give a single answer to the reactions of the users.
