Allow reordering Group Tabs

Once a tab group is made, its mobility is extremely limited. Groups themselves cannot be moved, and we can only move individual tabs from the group's left to the group's right, but not visa versa without adding the tab to the group.

Yes, would be good to be able to move groups around, sometimes it's just far easier than to have to move many individual tabs around a group.

Native Tab Grouping improvement: Allow moving groups

Hello.

First of all, thank you for finally implementing native tab grouping!

I'm opening this idea early, hoping it will be implemented as part of the development process, but at least it will exist early if it's not implemented.

Moving tab groups is missing, one can only open/close them but not move them around by drag/dropping, they should be mobile while closed, and why not also mobile while open (by dragging the group name)

(I could talk about how hard it is to create a group by drag-dropping a tab onto another tab but this is likely to be fixed already)

The group tabs feature is all nice, but it's really annoying how I cannot move the whole container to one corner and instead have to move all the other tabs to reposition it where I want it to go.

Just let us move the group tabs please!
