Today I have downloaded Thunderbird for my Windows 11 64 bit at:

https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/thunderbird/releases/137.0.1/win64/en-US/Thunderbird%...

Download in progress now.

I have used this during 2003 and 2004 at my first company SENAS.NET/VISOLVE who was working for Hindustan Petroleum(Hewlett Packard) since thunderbird was free app(no cost)

Port 587

Connection Security: STARTTLS

Authentication method: OAuth2

https://support.google.com/mail/thread/40111657/using-thunderbird-to-access-gmail-account?hl=en

Open mobile = Settings = Google = Select your gmail account => MAnager your google account = security code provide that security code (confirm that you have selected your gmail id)

Click Allow to allow access from Thunderbird.

After this I am able to send a mail to myself.

First, make sure your incoming email settings (like IMAP or POP) are correct, including the server address, port number, and security settings. Double-check that your username and password for the incoming server are entered properly.

If you're using antivirus software, a firewall, or a VPN, try temporarily turning them off to see if they are blocking Thunderbird’s access to the mail server. Also, check if you have any email filters set up in Thunderbird that might be moving or deleting your incoming emails.

Make sure the email server from your provider is working fine and there are no outages. Also, make sure you're using the latest version of Thunderbird, as updates often fix problems.
