get firefox to work with paramount plus streams

I'm with Bob on this.  LOVE to avoid Chrome for dozens of reasons, but when Trekies aren't able to get their streaming fix using Firefox you're seriously cutting into your strongest market share.  🙂

Ditto. Paramount Plus videos do not load even in Firefox 103.0.1 (64-bit)Troubleshooting mode.

As of 12-05-2022, Paramount+ will still not stream with Firefox 107 (64-bit). Even disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection hasn't helped.

Thank you for letting us know, everyone! It's a bummer that we can't see our favorite shows. Paramount+ should be streaming in Firefox--at least in Firefox 107 (64-bit). This may be a bug we can tackle. @J_Doggett, would you mind working with me to file a bug so that I can bring this up to our Media Engineering team?

I just need some more details such as which OS you use (I'm using a macOS) and if possible, screenshots of how the screen looks when Paramount+ doesn't stream, especially if there's an error message that pops up.

I can stream Paramount Plus with Firefox now, and have been doing so for at least a few months. Sorry that I'm not sure which update addressed the issue. As a confirmation, I'm currently watching a little StarTrek on FF version 107.0.1.
