Avigilon not working in FireFox 115.03

I am trying to use Firefox to access our company webcams on Avigilon platform. I keep getting "cameras offline" -- yet, when I access Avigilon cameras on Microsoft Edge, they all show up.  Is there an update to a codec or something?
