Firefox low refresh rate and hanging up every now and then

I updated to Firefox 130 recently, and YouTube refresh rate is like super low every now and then, and when I message my friends or family, or just watching YT shorts, Firefox hangs up for 45 seconds to 2 minutes! I use Windows 10 Pro.
