      <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem can occur when the server isn't configured for the .rcv file extension and sends it with one of these headers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Content-Type: text/plain&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Content-Type: text/html&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a workaround, you can right-click the link and use &lt;STRONG&gt;Save Link As...&lt;/STRONG&gt; to bypass automatic handling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if my diagnosis is correct, you can create a custom Content-Type override using my add-on, Content-Type Fixer.
