Size of the Show all History window

Since the previous update of Firefox there seem to have been made restrictions to the size of the "Show All History" window.

I loved opening that window, making it very small, and positioning it at the side of the main window to keep an eye on my downloads easily (and be able to click 'resume' asap when necessary).

But now 2/3 of it disappears behind the main window.

I don't understand why you should make restrictions to the size of such a window. Anybody can make it just as big or small as they would like it to be?

This also affects bookmark too. Big downside for laptop user.

Yesterday's release of Firefox 109 removed the large minimum width from the Library window. Let me know if you still see a problem after you get around to updating.
