Website work in Private window, but in Normal isn't work

Most website working perfectly fine in Private mode / window, but if visit site in Normal mode having a JavaScript error and site content not available or site is not working, breaking feature on site.

For example:
Uncaught SyntaxError: expected expression, got end of script

Uncaught SyntaxError: "" literal not terminated before end of script

I try to disabled all pluggins and other thinks, but didn't help me.

I have already found out that it only occurs on my installation.
