TB Increase the folder compact size settings value, to match big disk storage

In FB 102.3.3, the bigest value of folder compact size for prompting to compact is 2048MB， cannot setting more than that.

now pc/laptops have much big disk storages, like 1TB、2TB， so maybe can add the 2048MB limit, reduce prompt tips to ask compact.

Or, is there other reason?
