I've used Thunderbird for years as my email client.

I open an email, hit reply, want to include a screenshot. I create the screen print, attempt to include it in my reply but I cannot paste anything in the reply window.

I've searched the web and see this has been an issue in the past. Well, now it's an issue again and it seems to be a coding error. This cannot be fixed by users.

I tried to report this via Bugzilla, but after an hour of attempting to post the issue I'm giving up and posting it here. As others have said, it's too hard to use Bugzilla or anything available to report a bug. I'm busy looking for an easy way to set up a new email client because I can't use Thunderbird to reply.

PJ

I agree! Pasting pics into a Thunderbird email is very laborious as is the 'insert function' which is very complicated to adapt a picture to an acceptable size...Clearly Thunderbird designers don't seem to care as paste with Ctrl/V is the simplest most logical way. Please make it simpler as I think it has been before all these updates...Thanks
