Drop down box for multiple email addresses no longer there?

I am using TB 102.3.2 and see that the dropdown box under Get Messages only has one option, Get All New Messages. What happened to being able to choose which one to check individually? Sometimes someone is sending me something and need to check right away, not waiting for it to check all my different emails. Is there a setting I can change this back to the way it was?

It was there in my copy of 102.3.2 and is still there in 102.3.3 Perhaps raise a support topic so someone can work with you to figure out why you have it differently.
