Some things it could be:
1. The install of Firefox on your device was the Russian version originally. You could download a fresh installer from here ( https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/ ), uninstall your current Firefox, reboot, then install the one you downloaded.
2. Check in Menu -> Extensions and Themes -> Languages if you have Russian there, and set as the default. You can add other language packs here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/language-tools/
3. Is your Windows install set to Russia by-default? Start Menu -> Settings -> Time and Language and then have a look under "Region" and "Language".
4. Are you using a VPN set to Russia as the location?
5. Are you using a Russian DNS service, either at your system-level, or in Firefox itself?
6. Is the GPS location of your device set to somewhere in Russia? In Windows 11, go to Start Menu -> Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Location then under "Default location" click "Set location" and see where that map says your device is. Then change it to somewhere like Vilnius (or nearer to where you are, if you would prefer).

Never added russian language, browser preferred language english, not using any vpn, installing only english or lithuanian versions, and this happens already several years (reinstalling windows and firefox not changing this), why firefox thinks Lithuania is in Russia? It is very annoying to get messages in Russian language when that country constantly threatens our country.
