    <description>&lt;P&gt;Firefox shall not change the Shortcuts&amp;nbsp; that a user saved in the one or two rows that Firefox designated for storing shortcuts.&lt;BR /&gt;The practice of Firefox to replace user selected shortcuts with new ones is very annoying.&lt;BR /&gt;If one visit a new site Firefox immediately place a shortcut of the new site in the one or two rows designated by Firefox for storing shortcuts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If the rows are fully populated with shortcuts Firefox replaces any existing shortcut that the user selected with the new site shortcut.&lt;BR /&gt;The next time the user is looking for the shortcut that he saved its no longer on the shortcuts row!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
