Accessibility violation: Mozilla's own sites force #FFFFFF background, causes eye pain, no override exists

This is an accessibility violation, not a feature request.

I have albinism. Pure white backgrounds (#FFFFFF) cause physical eye pain and trigger migraines. Mozilla's own sites – support.mozilla.org and accounts.firefox.com – force this white background and explicitly block all user overrides.

What Mozilla has done:

Blocked extensions (Dark Reader, Stylus, Dark Mode) from modifying these pages via Content Security Policy.
Ignored the system prefers-color-scheme media query.
Removed all about:config toggles that could override this.
Left no built-in dark toggle.

The only workaround is a userContent.css hack requiring manual file editing and a browser restart – not acceptable for blind or visually impaired users.

This is not a vote. This is a fix required for basic accessibility.

I now have a migraine from this support site's #FFFFFF background – which I cannot read because of the barrier I am reporting. Paul @plwt deflected me to a marketing article, then to Connect, then refused to escalate. He helped author the Connect article and knew exactly what I needed but gave me runarounds instead.

I should not have had to create this Connect post too.

Full reproduction. i have jumped through all of your hoops: support.mozilla.org -- a misnomer if I may say so, because I was redirected to this site, where I was expected to jump through more hoops to set up an account and duplicate my whole issue in a new post, and the Bugzilla report.

What does it take for a blind person to bring attention to an accessibility issue that has been around for years and years but likely has an easy technical fix at a software company with a budget of $26 million in 2025 alone?

No excuses now.
