Bookmark folders should be able to be bookmarks too

Right now, when I make a folder for a topic it's structured like this:

What I would like is to be able to have it work like this:

Topic link >	Subtopic link
	Subtopic link

The folder itself should be able to have a link assigned to it. To access the folder, one could either hover for a second or click on the " > ".
