While I understand that there are limitations in screen space, processing, and functionality in mobile apps, I do not understand why the android app (never experienced the apple version) is NOTHING like the PC counterpart. i mean, it does not function the same on android, the UI is completely lacking and foreign, and the robust nature of the wonderful PC version is almost completely lost on android. Using minimization techniques/buttons and other space saving features such as pop-up and drop down menus, I fully believe that the similarities could be improved and lessen the disparity of the user UI experience drastically. Especially if these features are implemented into landscape mode where usable "top of the browser" real-estate increases dramatically. I think the masses of Firefox devotees would be best served by bringing a more PC-like UI experience into the mobile platform considering it is that very product that brings them to the mobile app in the first place. Thank you for your time.
