    <description>&lt;P&gt;as the title specifies, trouble shooting mode or reopening can help fix, but this issue keeps happening, perhaps worth a look into it. not sure how to stably replicate this issue, it just happens suddenly in btw of normal use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
