    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the enactment of the US CLOUD Act and especially about a year ago, the EU strives for decoupling from US digital services.&lt;BR /&gt;To prevent the US to legally access data from users, an independent legal entity of Mozilla with it's own data center within Europe is needed. I'm convinced that some countries in the EU are happily willing to fund it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
