In this version of Firefox on Windows the bar pops up but is empty. If you run the mouse pointer along the bar, a tool tip will popup for each icon, so you can tell where to click for the type of Like you want, but the icons themselves do not show up.</P><P>I've tried this on more than one computer and the problem still exists.</P><P>I've tried running Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode and the problem goes away.
