Hi,

I am reporting a regression/issue regarding Picture-in-Picture (PiP) behavior on Linux using Wayland and KDE Plasma 6.6.4.

The Issue: The PiP window does not stay on top of the browser window. Specifically, the moment I click anywhere inside the parent Firefox window—even within the same tab where the video is originating—the PiP window immediately loses its "Above" priority and disappears behind the main Firefox window.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Firefox on Wayland (KDE Plasma 6).

2. Open a video and enter Picture-in-Picture mode.

3. Click anywhere on the webpage in the original tab (e.g., to scroll or like a video).

4. The PiP window is now hidden behind the main Firefox window.

Expected Behavior: The PiP window should be globally "Always on Top" (or at least stay above its parent) until manually closed, regardless of focus or interaction with the parent window.
