Firefox is losing its performance.

I switched to Firefox from Chrome about 2-3 months ago. I really love it and I respect everyone who works hard on it. But lately I have noticed that Firefox seems to be losing its performance. I find it a bit slow while browsing the web, which makes it lag behind Chrome. I have disabled Firefox's tracking blocker feature and cleared the cache but that didn't help either. I invited some of my friends to try Firefox. They used to use Chrome but they also found its performance a bit slow and some websites they needed laggy, so they left Firefox again. Are others experiencing the same? Thanks for reading my comment carefully.

Long time FF user here. Recently at quite often times it gets unresponsive on certain websites (Strava, Komoot, Facebook...) and the tab even crashes.

it seems that where are only 2 in this world to have that kind of problem
