Weird to be asked for things FF is already granted

FF 151.0b5 is asking me to "finish setting up Firefox", e.g., make it default browser & multiple other things in a dialog box. Firefox has been my default browser for many many years. It also says something about getting extensions (I am logged in, sync FF between several devices, and my extensions and many about:config adjustments are properly working).

I was not sure where to post this--it feels like a bug that it is not realizing I already granted it that privilege--but perhaps it is showing up intentionally because I have not granted it every single one of those things it recommends? I forgot to take a screenshot of the dialog box but I surely should not be forced to waste time closing that box regardless of which feature I did or did not approve/implement. It just needs to STOP.
