I AM LEFT BEHIND you arrogant snot ! Firefox had broken many eCommerce sites with recent updates and you people are clueless as how to fix it. Where is a link to a pre-update version before the sites were broken by interminable updates that ALWAYS induce more problems than are solved ? Where do I get the version that won't break ? Back out the **bleep** changes that are causing the problems !!! Much IT experience ?

Let’s try to narrow this down so we can help you more effectively. Could you share which e-commerce sites you’re experiencing issues with in Firefox?

Also, have you reported this before? If so, feel free to share the report or a related thread so we can take a closer look.

Of all the things wrong with Firefox, breaking websites isn't one of them. That's something caused by web developers who would rather code for Chrome, which has the vast majority of users, than Firefox, which has a tiny percent of them.

If there are web compatibility issues, you can actually report that from the Firefox Help menu. And you might want to contact the owners of those websites, after making sure you're not running any extensions.

oh, we have been left behind so badly, and lied to, in the past, and many issues remain unresolved

sure, I see movement in the right direction, but that doesn't make up for all that

when you phased out XUL/XPCOM extensions (I know, for a good reason) you promised you'll cooperate with developers and ensure important extensions will either be updated or possible to be made
you promised to help us choose extensions to replace old ones, and every time I asked for help I was left with radio silence, not even honest "yeah, sorry, we can't do that now", just nothing
it's been almost a decade and we still can't get mouse gestures that work properly without injecting additional code into the browser UI using unsupported and unreliable methods

that's not cool, you know?
